The grapes in this Cabernet Sauvignon have been sourced from carefully selected parcels with very low yields per vine, resulting in wines of a deeply red color with black hues.

Its innovative crafting process involves aging the wine in oak bourbon barrels, rendering notes of honey and chocolate.

On the palate, the use of medium toast barrels translates into flavors of vanilla and roasted peppers. A sweet, complex and lengthy finish.

Intense and deep red colour.

Elegant and complex blend of red grapes. Its innovative production process, which involves maturing the wine in bourbon oak barrels for 12 months, gives off aromas of caramel, vanilla and smoky notes. In the mouth it presents a long finish with chocolate and sweet tobacco flavours.

chardonnay

WHITE CHARDONNAY

Complex dark amber Chardonnay with an expressive character.

Its careful elaboration, inspired by the most prestigious distillates in the world, contemplates a maturation of the wine in Bourbon oak barrels that have contributed particular characteristics.

In the nose, aromas of ripe pineapple combined with vanilla, caramel and smoky notes from contact with Missouri barrels stand out. In the mouth it is unctuous with a sweet and persistent finish.

INTOCABLES RUM BARRELL

RUM BARREL

Purple-colored.

Its innovative elaboration process, which includes maturing the wine in 200-liter rum barrels, lends it sweet and smokey aromas.

On the palate, the fruity flavors of the Merlot grapes blend with the spicy and voluminous touches of the Syrah grapes, which boosts the notes of caramel and vanilla resulting from contact with the toasted barrels.
